1. Leadership in the Conceptual Era

The first leadership workshop – and prerequisite for the rest of the series – is a one-day session examining the new approach to leadership required as we move from the “knowledge” era to the “conceptual” era. It’s no longer enough to craft a vision, develop a strategy and get “buy-in”. Leaders will need to conceptualize and articulate in ways that encourage employees to think conceptually as well. This workshop will introduce you to experiences and skills essential to this new way of leadership.
